Return and Exchange

At Gazal Fashion (“we,” “our,” “us”), we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items under the terms outlined below. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United Arab Emirates.
- Return & Exchange Window
- You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of the delivery date.
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
- Gift cards
- Final-sale or clearance items (marked “Final Sale”)
- Undergarments, swimwear, or pierced jewelry
- Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or missing parts will be rejected.
- Return Types
- Refund: Receive a credit back to your original payment method (minus any applicable fees).
- Exchange: Swap for another size, color, or style (subject to availability).
- Store Credit: Apply the full value toward a future purchase on gazal.ae.
- Return Shipping & Fees
- Free Returns: We offer free return shipping on all UAE domestic orders over AED 500.
- Customer-Paid Returns: For orders below AED 500, return shipping costs 25 AED.
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping, duties, and taxes.
- How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email our Customer Care team at [email protected] within 4 days of receipt.
- In the email, include:
- Your order number
- The item name(s) and SKU(s)
- Reason for return or exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit
- We will send you a Return Authorization along with shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7 business days.
- Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1 business day of our acceptance of the return.
- Please allow up to 5–7 business days from the refund date for bank processing.
- Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to the availability of the replacement item.
- If your requested item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.
- Damaged or Defective Items
- Inspect your order upon delivery.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, email us at [email protected] within 1 days with photos of the defect.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
- Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled free of charge within 12 hours of placement by contacting [email protected].
- After that window, the order will be processed and shipped and will be subject to our standard return policy.
