Welcome to Gazal Fashion (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website gazal.ae (the “Site”) and any purchases you make on the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

  • Customer, “you” or “your”: any person accessing the Site or placing an order.
  • Products: all items offered for sale on the Site.
  • Order: your purchase request for Products submitted through the Site.
  • UAE Law: laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

  2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an Order.
  3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  1. Orders & Acceptance
  1. All Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
  2. Once you submit an Order, you will receive an email acknowledgment. This does not constitute our acceptance of your Order.
  3. We reserve the right to cancel any Order for any reason, including but not limited to Product unavailability, errors in pricing or Product information, or suspected fraud.
  1. Pricing & Payment
  1. All prices are quoted in AED and include applicable UAE VAT.
  2. Payment must be made in full at the time of Order via the payment methods displayed on the Site.
  3. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your Order (including shipping and taxes).
  1. Shipping & Delivery
  1. We ship to the following regions: UAE & GCC.
  2. Estimated delivery times:
    • Within UAE: 3 business days
    • GCC: 5 business days
    • International: 10 business days
  3. Shipping fees (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
  4. You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes for international shipments.
  1. Returns & Exchanges
  1. You may return Products within 5 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
  2. Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

  1. All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads) is our property or licensed to us and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws.

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Gazal Fashion will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of Products.
